NYAME ADOM – GOD’S GRACE

Josiah – That’s me. I’m thankful you’ve come to view my website. I wish a good morning – or afternoon – or night, depending on when you arrived, to you! I hope today is a blessed one for you.

Welcome to Nyame Adom (That’s a Twi (Ghana West Africa Akan language) phrase meaning God’s Grace)

This is a site where those of you who like short stories of grace, truth, and human kindness can find something you might like. If you do, please tell your friends and even leave a comment telling me what you like or dislike. You might even leave a suggestion of something you believe is worthy of a story.

These stories are mine. I wrote them because something inspired me and I wanted others to feel the inspiration too.

May God bless you today as you take a moment or two to read.

I also have written a book you might find interesting.

“Echoes of Grace Scripture and Secular Songs in Conversation”. It looks at secular songs and finds spiritual moments that can add blessings and hope to our lives. It is a Kindle version but will soon be out in paperback. You can find it here Buy on Amazon

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

I have a new book available on Amazom – Where Imagination Meets Faith – It is available in both paperback and Kindle versions. It is based on the book of Mark, but it is not a commentary – it is a story. My intent is to get us to imagine what that world was like. To feel the heat, and dusty roads. To hear the words as they were spoken. I wanted us to feel as if we were among the crowds listening to Jesus or seeing the great catch of fish. Here is a link to take you there to examine it:

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we’re here we might as well dance.
