I’m Josiah Tilton, someone who loves stories—telling them, hearing them, and finding the meaning tucked inside them. This website is my place to share the things I’ve written and the ideas that matter most to me.
I started writing because I’ve always believed stories help us understand the world and each other. Over the years, I’ve collected moments, memories, and lessons that found their way into the pieces you’ll see here.
My hope is that these stories encourage, entertain, or spark something meaningful in you. Whether you’re here out of curiosity or because someone pointed you my way, I’m glad you stopped by.
If you enjoy what you read, explore the Stories page or reach out—I’d love to hear from you.
BACKGROUND
I have a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University. I have spent more than 40 years working in and for Ghana West Africa (you can go to www.waterforwestafrica.org to see some of what I was involved with there).
I have a lovely wife, Bonita. She has stood by me in all the adventures God has allowed us to have. She brought forth two sons and they gave us five grandchildren. We have been richly blessed.
We currently live in North Carolina, not far from our youngest son and his family.
I am always eager to hear from people, so if you would like to comment either positive or negatively, please email me: [email protected]
I have written one book that is currently only available in Kindle form, but will soon be available in paperback. You can find it at the following: Buy on Amazon or just open amazon.com and search Echoes of Grace scripture and secular songs in conversation
